HOW DOES ONE USE THE LIFE VEST?
In the event of a water landing, the life vest is found under your seats. To don, slip vest over your head, take the tape around your waist, meet ends to buckle front and pull tape to tighten. To inflate, jerk the two inflation cords found at the lower end of your vest. To regulate air pressure, blow tubes to increase air, and push pin inward to release air. Remember, do not inflate vest when inside the aircraft. The life vest has a light that will automatically light up when in contact with water.

HOW CAN WE KNOW MORE ABOUT THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE PLANE?
For more information on the safety features of the aircraft, passenger-briefing cards are found in the seat pocket in front of you, please take time to read it.

ARE ELECTRONIC DEVICES ALLOWED TO BE USED IN-FLIGHT?
In the interest of flight safety, may we advice you to refrain from using electronic devices as this causes electromagnetic interference with the aircraft instruments. Cellular phones must remain off throughout the flight until the doors are open for disembarkation at destination.

WHERE CAN CARRY-ON BAGGAGES BE PLACED ON BOARD?
Carry-on baggage which pass the measurement limits should be placed under your seat. Aisles, exits and areas around your feet must be clear.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN-FLIGHT?
This is a non-smoking flight. The “NO SMOKING” rule is observed at all times.

WHO ARE ALLOWED TO SEAT ALONG EMERGENCY EXITS?
Emergency exits are clearly marked along each side of the cabin. Upon boarding, please take a moment to locate the nearest emergency exits. Children and passengers with physical disability are not allowed to seat where the emergency exit signs are printed.

WHAT IS THE WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE AIR VENTS?
If you notice a smoke-like discharge coming out from the vents, this is due to the air-conditioning system of the aircraft. Do not be alarmed.

HOW DOES BAD WEATHER AFFECT THE FLIGHT?
Weather condition may affect the flight and may result to divertion to another airport or fly back to Manila.

IS THE AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED?
No. Since the aircraft is not pressurized, you may experience pressure on your ears specially during descent. You may remove pressure on your ears by “equalizing” or pressing on nostrils while attempting to blow air out thru your nose.

IS THEIR A LAVATORY ON BOARD?
No, we do not have a lavatory on board. Thus, you should freshen up prior to boarding.

WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE AND HOW MUCH IS THE CHARGE FOR EXCESS LUGGAGE?
5 kilos including hand cary items and a charge of 1 Dollar per kilo plus tax

IS THEIR A STORAGE ROOM FOR STORED LUGGAGE?
No, we do not have a storage room for stored luggage.

DOES OUR WEIGHT REALLY NEED TO BE MEASURED?
Yes, for the weight and balance of the aircraft.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR RELEASING OF CARGOES AND DOCUMENTS (DAY AND TIME)?
Monday-Friday 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 10am only
