ITI was registered with the SEC on October 2, 2002 and was granted permit to operate by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) on November 25,2002. On December of the same year, the Air Transportation Office granted ITI an Air Carrier Operating Certificate (ACOC).

ITI bought the 2nd Dornier aircraft (RP-C2289 Acft S/N: 8177) from Uniair Airlines Taiwan on 26 March 2003 ferried from Kaohsiung, Taiwan and landed aircraft at Clark Airfield, Pampanga port of entry. In May 8, 2010, it’s 3rd Dornier aircraft (RP-C1198 Acft S/N: 8239) arrived from Sita Air of Nepal. ITI operates these 3 Dornier 228-212 aircrafts to ferry and return guests of El Nido Resorts handled by Ten Knots Dev. Corp., ITI's main client, and other charter flights.

We were the exclusive air charterer of the contestants and production team of the popular American reality TV show “THE AMAZING RACE 5”. In 2004 and 2005, we were awarded by the ATO with a certificate of recognition for our dynamic role in providing air charter services. ITI is currently the only fixed-wing operator accredited by both Shell and Exxon Mobil after having passed their stringent safety audit. In October 1, 2009, we were awarded by Shell with a Three Goal Zero Years safety award.
